Join HIAS+JCORE for ‘Strangers to Neighbours’ on 27 April. This event will review and enhance the services our communities provide for those seeking refuge in the UK, and attendees will also learn how to advocate effectively for humane asylum policy.

Sessions at the conference will cover

  • Meaningful and impactful ways to engage with Refugee Week 2025
  • How to take part in or create your own Drop-In projects for refugees and people seeking asylum
  • A closer look at how the UK’s asylum system works for people navigating it
  • How your community can be accredited as a Synagogue of Sanctuary
